Dissatisfaction with Purchase
We invest considerable effort to select in-demand, on-trend products that we believe you’ll love. As a small business, we incur fixed costs once an order is placed, so we ask that you verify you’ve thoroughly researched each item before purchasing. Because processing and sourcing expenses are committed immediately, all sales are final, and we’re unable to issue refunds based on a change of mind.
Receiving the Wrong Item
If you’ve been sent a completely different product than advertised, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost and using the same shipping method:

Will be replaced: You ordered a dress but received shoes.

Will be replaced: You ordered lipstick but got mascara.

Not replaced: You feel your weighted plush isn’t heavy enough.

Not replaced: The jacket in size L feels like a size S.
To expedite your replacement, please share three photos of the item from different angles. There’s no need to return the incorrect product.
Missing Items After 30 Days
Orders that haven’t arrived within 30 days (and aren’t marked “Delivered” on the carrier’s site) qualify for a free replacement, using the original shipping speed. If your tracking status shows “Delivered,” please reach out to your local post office or consult our list of common carriers.
